Week 1: The kick-off meeting with Kompass is a crucial step in your journey towards streamlining your business operations. Our team will answer any questions you have about our system in this kick-off meeting, and we’ll lay out a plan for the next few weeks.
Week 2-3: Implementation stage where the Kompass team integrates the platform seamlessly into the existing systems. We do this through importing your data so that nothing is lost during the transition.
