Two-factor sign-in

If you sign in with a password, you can add a second check with an authenticator app. Recovery codes help if you lose access to it.

Passkeys

Prefer not to type a password? Register a passkey, then sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN.

Password resets without waiting

Reset your password yourself from the sign-in page. If you lose your authenticator, you can report it there too.

Field-level permissions

Control which project, client, contact and quote item fields each group can see or edit. For example, hide project prices from people who don't need them.

A new permission also controls who can change quote items once they're accepted.
