Track supplier costs from order to payment
Where did the supplier costs land? Subcontractors, equipment rental and specialist services all cost money.
Until now, tying those costs back to the right job meant manual work.
Purchase orders, bills and bill payments
Raise a purchase order. Record the supplier's bill. Log the payment.
Allocate each order, bill or payment to the relevant project and quote item. One bill covering three jobs? Split it line by line.
You'll see recorded supplier costs alongside your project's value. You can import and export all three in bulk too.
Sales orders
Your client says yes and sends a purchase order. Log it as a sales order in Kompass, then link your invoices to it. Once those invoices count toward your totals, the remaining order value updates.
