Use QuickBooks Time for your payroll hours? Then you know the routine. Hours go into one system, and someone copies them into another.

Kompass can now send your team's hours to QuickBooks Time for you.

How it works

• Your team logs time in Kompass, just as they do today.
• Kompass sends timesheet entries to QuickBooks Time, against the matching job.
• Leave can be sent as time off too, for people set up with a time off code.
• Kompass matches people by email address. Check those addresses in both systems during setup.
• Custom fields can carry across, so your payroll reports keep the detail they need.
• Periods already approved in QuickBooks Time are left untouched.

One entry, two uses

Your project managers see the hours against the job. Your payroll team sees the same hours in QuickBooks Time.
