Sage 200 and Sage 300 now connect to Kompass
Still copying invoices from Kompass into Sage? You can stop.
Kompass now connects with Sage 200 and Sage 300, so your finance team doesn't enter the same data twice.
Sage 200
- Kompass sends your customers and transactions to Sage 200, or exports them for you to import.
- Before anything goes across, Kompass flags any customer or project without a Sage reference.
- Transactions that already have a Sage reference are skipped, so they aren't sent twice.
Sage 300
- When you accept a project or raise an invoice, Kompass creates or updates the customer in Sage 300.
- Invoices go into a monthly batch, with your invoice number and project reference.
- If this month's batch is already closed, Kompass starts a new one.
- Kompass checks for an existing customer number before creating one. If a sync fails, you get an email saying why.
One set of figures for both teams
Your project team works in Kompass. Your finance team works in Sage. Now both start from the same figures.
