How busy is your team, really? Timesheets show the hours. They don't show what those hours mean.
A full diary isn't the same as a productive week. So we've added utilization to your Kompass dashboard.
Hours recorded against hours available
Kompass works out the hours your team is scheduled to work, leaving out approved leave. It then compares them with the hours your team has recorded. The result is a utilization rate you can read at a glance.
Sharper search
- Leave things out. Put a minus sign before a field, like
-name:survey, to exclude those results. - Search a range. Type
price:1000-to find projects priced at 1,000 or more. - Save your searches. Keep the ones you use most, and run them again in one click.
Billable and non-billable hours, side by side
The project performance report now splits recorded hours into billable and non-billable. You can see where the time goes on each job.
