A reference for every quote item

Each quote item now has its own reference within its project. You can set references by import too.

Also new

• QuickBooks Desktop payments now come back into Kompass.
• During setup, you can import supported QuickBooks Desktop records into an empty Kompass account.
• Permissions can now depend on the record itself, such as its status or owner.
